With over 7+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, I have built my career navigating wicked problems and ambiguous spaces for both large-scale enterprises and agile mid-sized organisations. My experience spans researching for development tools, B2B, and B2C products. Currently, I serve as a Senior UX Researcher at Motorola Solutions, with previous tenure at Zillow, PayNearby (FinTech), and CI Compass (NSF).

I am an ethnographer by training with a specialisation in service research, I have significantly expanded my quantitative toolkit over the last three years. My recent expertise includes growth, pricing strategy, user segmentation, and choice modelling.

More about me...

With a background in Computer Engineering and an MS in Human Computer Interaction, I sit comfortably at the intersection of technology and anthropology. I use my engineering mindset to break down complex systems and my HCI training to ensure those systems serve the people who use them.

Outside of work, I'm always motivated and drawn to explore nature — usually hiking new trails or cycling. And when I need a quiet moment, I love doodling and cooking new dishes; gouache painting has become my latest obsession
